Gift Card is good for purchase of products and services from any The Home Depot(r) retailer within The U.S., Canada and on the internet through HomeDepot.com. The Gift Card is not a debit or credit card, and cannot be used to purchase credit or cash in the absence of a lawful requirement. Gift Cards cannot be used on any credit or loan account, tool Rental Deposits, or home-based purchases. In order to repair a lost stolen Gift Card go to your nearest retailer. Damaged, lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be exchanged without evidence of receipt. Value of replacement is the price of the gift Card when it was reported as to be lost or taken. Cash-based Gift Cards are not replaced in the event that it is the law requires it. Returns of purchases purchased with the Gift Card are subject to The Home Depot's Returns Policy (details are available in every The Home Depot store) Refunds for eligible purchases can be made in store credit. The Gift Card can be deactivated and/or refused if suspicions of fraud are raised at the sole discretion of the issuer. You can check your balance at the nearest The Home Depot store or on the internet. Reload the value of your Gift Card at the nearest The Home Depot store or on the internet on HomeDepot.com. In the case of cross-border redemptions Gift Card is redeemable at the Home Depot's local exchange rate at the date when redemption is made.
